Creative Arts Emmy Awards: vincono i casting director italiani – tutti i premiati

Mancano pochi giorni alla cerimonia ufficiale degli Emmy Awards, anticipati la scorsa notte dai Creative Arts Emmy che hanno visto trionfale due casting director italiani Francesco Vedovati e Barbara Giordani.

È la prima volta che dei casting director italiani siano premiati con un Emmy Awards. Francesco Vedovati e Barbara Giordani – entrambi membri della Casting Society of America (CSA) erano nominati per “The White Lotus”– sono stati premiati con l’Emmy per l’Outstanding Casting For a Drama Series.

La cerimonia dei Creative Arts Emmy Awards ha subito vari rimandi a causa dello sciopero degli attori e degli sceneggiatori. A dominare la serata è stata la serie The Last of Us con Pedro Pascal e Bella Ramsey, che ha conquistato 8 premi, ma anche The White Lotus ha ottenuto 4 riconoscimenti, al pari di The Bear e Mercoledì.
