TCA Awards 2016 – American Crime Story e The Americans dominano, premio anche per Mr. Robot

Nella notte italiana, e senza copertura televisiva negli Stati Uniti d’America, sono stati assegnati i TCA Awards 2016 (Television Critics Association), ovvero i premi televisivi assegnati da critici, giornalisti e membri dell’associazione, l’evento è avvenuto durante il tour di presentazione per la stampa dei prossimi palinsesti televisivi.

A dominare l’edizione 2016 dei TCA Awards con i premi più importanti sono stati due show molto amati in patria, entrambi parte del palinsesto di FX, stiamo parlando di American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson e The Americans, premi anche per il sorprendente Mr. Robot e Crazy ex-Girlfriend.

In questa edizione i premi attoriali non hanno fatto distinzioni sessuali, quindi dominio femminile con le vittorie per Sarah Paulson (American Crime Story) e Rachel Bloom (Crazy ex-Girlfriend), il premio alla carriera è andato a Lily Tomlin.
